Gangan Ikan Daun Mengkudu

Material:


  • 650 g of sea fish (bloated, grouper, tengiri, snapper, and others)

  • 20 leaves of mengkudu, finely sliced, boiled briefly, squeezed, drained

   How to Make Fish Gangan
Clean the sea fish, cut into pieces according to taste, then rub with acid and salt. Allow ± 10 minutes.
Cook coconut milk, crushed coconut and spices are mashed until boiling, enter the leaves mengkudu and fish.
